Thank you for your order. We offer both local pickup and shipping within Canada only.

For fastest shipping, order before noon Eastern and choose Purolator Express. Orders will process and ship that same business day and arrive the next business day (not guaranteed).
For lowest cost, choose ground shipping or free shipping over $99. We use Canada Post or Purolator, depending on market rates. Once shipped, the order will arrive in an estimated 2-8 business days.
Shipping transit times are approximate and not guaranteed depending on our volume and carrier volume. If you need the order urgently, please choose Express as we prioritize those orders.
Processing time (the time it takes to pick and box your order) is not included in shipping transit time. During the busy season, processing time may be several days. Express orders will be prioritized.
Orders containing a mix of presale/out-of-stock items and in-stock items will be delayed until all items are ready. Please pay attention to the estimated ship date on each product page. We cannot ship orders separately. If you prefer separate shipping, enter two separate orders. All orders placed are final.
Orders over $150 may require adult signature.
Notes regarding Free Shipping over $99 to Most Provinces: we use Purolator Ground or Canada Post Expedited Parcel, depending on market rates. If your location requires Canada Post for successful delivery, please choose that method instead of Free Shipping. Offer valid for a limited time in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NS, NB, and PE. Unfortunately, free shipping is unavailable to NL, NT, NU, and YT due to high costs.
Shipping Mon-Fri: Our carriers only operate Monday-Friday and may have no pickup or delivery service on weekends or holidays. Service may be delayed due to inclement weather.
Track Your Package: For services with tracking, you can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. For delivery assistance, please call Purolator customer support at 1-888-744-7123 or Canada Post customer support at 1-866-607-6301.
PO Boxes: Purolator are unable to deliver to a PO box without a physical address. If you chose Purolator with a PO box address, we may send it via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Remote Service Areas: For some locations unable to be serviced by Purolator at a reasonable cost, we may at our discretion ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We appreciate your understanding on this.
All sales are final. All orders placed are final and cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Once an order has been printed by fulfillment, it cannot be altered or cancelled due to the highly automated process. If you find that you forgot to order something, please place a separate order.
Failed or Stolen Deliveries
For orders that a courier cannot deliver and are returned to us for reasons including incorrect address, customer failure to use pickup notice, customer dwelling not safe or accessible for a package drop, we will charge the customer the cost to us of the actual outbound freight plus return freight. We are not responsible for packages stolen from a customer's premises.
Canada Post Oversized Letter mail is no longer available due to lost packages. Instead, please choose Ground Shipping for a low-cost service with tracking.
